Terms of service for Atut CRM
The rules for using the Atut CRM system and the related website.
Effective from: 19.10.2026
1. General provisions
- These terms set out the rules for using the online CRM system “Atut CRM” (the Service), available at atut-crm.partnerit.eu, and the information website atut.partnerit.eu.
- The service provider is PARTNER IT POLSKA Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością, ul. Krańcowa 4A, 62-200 Gniezno, tax ID (NIP) 7842550822, REGON 543322513, KRS 0001207262 (the Provider). Contact: biuro@partnerit.eu.
- The Service is intended for businesses and other entities acting in the course of their professional or business activity.
- In these terms: Organisation means the entity for which a team is kept in the Service; User means a person using the Service within an Organisation; Team administrator means a User with the team management permission; Trial period means a free period of using the Service lasting 30 days; Licence means the right to use the Service after the Trial period.
2. Scope of the Service and technical requirements
- The Service includes a database of companies and contacts, sales deals (pipeline), tasks, reports, CSV import and export, team and permission management and an event log. Optional plug-ins, such as the Password vault, are enabled by the system administrator.
- Using the Service requires an up-to-date browser with JavaScript and session cookies enabled and internet access. The Service interface is in Polish.
3. Registration and conclusion of the agreement
- An account is created by providing an email address and password and accepting these terms. The account is activated after the email address is confirmed with a link sent in a message (the link is valid for 24 hours).
- The agreement for the provision of the Service is concluded when the account is activated. The Trial period lasts 30 days from the creation of the Organisation, after which, for a transition period (14 days by default), the Service works in read-only mode, allowing data to be viewed and exported, and then access is blocked until a Licence is purchased. The same rules apply when a Licence term ends. Data is not deleted automatically during the blocked period; the Organisation may request its export or deletion at any time.
- Users from organisations that use Partnerit Connect receive access from the system administrator or the person who manages the team.
4. Rules of use
- The User provides true data, protects sign-in credentials and does not share the account with unauthorised persons.
- It is forbidden to enter unlawful content, infringe the rights of third parties, circumvent safeguards, load the Service beyond normal use or attempt to access the data of other Organisations.
- The Organisation is responsible for the permissions granted to people on its team and for the lawfulness of the data it enters into the Service.
5. Licences and fees
- Licence details and prices are set out in the pricing or in an individual offer from the Provider.
- Prices are quoted in Polish zloty net; VAT at the applicable rate is added to the price. A licence is acquired for an agreed period and paid in advance by bank transfer to the account given by the Provider. Once the payment is booked, the Provider activates or extends the Licence and issues a VAT invoice, which it sends to the Organisation’s email address.
6. Organisation’s customer data and processing agreement
- The controller of personal data of customers and contacts entered into the Service is the Organisation. The Provider processes it as a processor under a data processing agreement (Article 28 GDPR), which is a separate document.
- The Provider applies the technical and organisational measures described on the Security and GDPR page. The Organisation can export its data to CSV.
- The rules for returning and deleting data after the agreement ends are set out in the processing agreement. Personal data of Users (accounts) is processed by the Provider as controller, in accordance with the Privacy policy.
7. Availability and support
- The Provider makes efforts to keep the Service running without interruption, but may interrupt it for maintenance. It gives advance notice of planned interruptions where possible.
- Support is provided at biuro@partnerit.eu.
8. Liability
- The Provider is liable for performance of the agreement under general rules, within the limits permitted by law.
- The Provider is not liable for damage resulting from sharing sign-in credentials with third parties or for content entered by Users.
9. Complaints
- Complaints about the Service can be sent to biuro@partnerit.eu.
- The Provider considers a complaint within 14 days of receiving it and informs the sender of the result at their email address.
10. Termination
- The Organisation may stop using the Service at any time by contacting the Provider.
- The Provider may terminate the agreement for important reasons, in particular for a gross breach of these terms, notifying the Organisation.
11. Changes to the terms
The Provider notifies of changes to the terms by email or in the Service at least 14 days in advance. Lack of consent to the changes entitles the Organisation to terminate the agreement before they take effect.
12. Final provisions
The agreement is governed by Polish law. Disputes are resolved by the court competent for the Provider’s registered office, unless mandatory provisions say otherwise.
