FAQ
Questions about pricing and the free trial
Can I try Atut CRM for free?
Yes. After you create an account you have 30 days to try the system, with no credit card required. You create the account with an email address and confirm it with a link.
What happens after 30 days?
The trial ends. For a few days after the deadline the CRM works in read-only mode: you can view and export your data to CSV. After that access expires until you buy a licence, and your data stays untouched. The rules for data after a licence ends are in the terms of service. We remind you by email before the end.
What does the licence price depend on?
On the number of people who work in the CRM and on the licence period. Prices are net, and VAT (23%) is added to the order.
How do I pay for a licence?
Write to us: we agree the number of seats and the licence period, and you pay by bank transfer. Once the payment is booked we activate the licence and confirm it by email.
Can I add more people to the team?
Yes, within the seat limit of the licence. The person who manages the team adds users in Settings, and when you need more seats write to us.
